 I am an out-of-network provider for PPO. The standard Private Pay fee is due at the time of service. If you have a PPO, I will provide a superbill so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. Reimbursement varies depending on your deductible and specific insurance plan. I do not take HMO insurance or Medi-cal.
